Our trip to Kashmir(Oct-2018) is one of the best trips we ever had in all respect. It’s a beautiful place and a must visit for all at least once in lifetime. We had a wonderful stay at Adnan Bhai’s (owner) - Akbar Group of Heritage Houseboat. He and his team ensured a most pleasant, comfortable and memorable stay at the houseboat. The houseboat’s location, view, food, interior, facilities (special mention- electric blankets- which made our nights so comfortable even in 1-2 deg C temperature) and last but not the least hospitality and trip guidance by Mr. Adnan and his team was excellent. We even took a car service from his friend Umer Bhai. He was our friend, guide and philosopher for the entire trip of 8 days and made our journey smooth & comfortable. He has a well maintained car (Innova) and a very experienced driving skills. He took us to Wani’s dry fruit hub and several other Kashmiri food hubs which were also awesome. We also took ‘Kesar’ form his friend which is also of very good quality. He guided us throughout the trip and ensured we visited and enjoyed every beautiful corner of Kashmir. I also feel that " don't get deceived by the fake news about Kashmir and take a step forward to enjoy heart touching hospitality of amazingly humble people of Kashmir".
